Meet The Team!

Behind the success of Every Detail Catering is husband and wife team, Chuck and Maria. Chuck is a 30 yr. veteran in the restaurant industry. He decided to start providing expert food services to those who don’t want the hassle when planning that special occasion. Maria is a very detailed 30 yr. veteran customer service manager who has always gone the extra mile. Together they make a great team that takes care of Every Detail!

Kitchen Manager

Jessica is our kitchen manager. She is a graduate of Florida Culinary Institute. Jess has been with us for  5 years starting out part time and becoming our Kitchen Manager a little over a year ago. Jess has a flair for finding recipe ideas that we can take and create our own concepts from.
